Tariffs

All prices GST inclusive
Prices quoted are for 2 persons - from February 2009

Accommodation comprises 4x 1 bedroom villas and 4x 2 bedroom villas


MIDWEEK  1br villa - $140 per double per night; 2 br villa - $260 for 4 persons per night

WEEKEND  1br villa- $190 per double per night; 2 br villa - $340 for 4 persons per night
(Minimum booking of 2 nights- Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)

For longer stays - price on application

NOTE
Extra person in a villa - $50 per adult per night : $25 per child (under 12 yrs) per night.
Cots available - $20
Double divan sofa in each villa.


CONDITIONS

    1. Normal check-in time is 2pm. This is flexible subject to readiness of villa. Guests are asked to vacate by 10am.
    2. A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night is required to secure the booking.
    3. Two weeks' notice of cancellation or transfer of booking is required. With less notice, refund of deposit is subject to the villa being rebooked.
    4. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
    5. Pets accommodated on request.

As we have only 8 villas our bookings are heavy, particularly on weekends.
Please book well in advance.
