CONDITIONS

1. Normal check-in time is 2pm. This is flexible subject to readiness of villa. Guests are asked to vacate by 10am.
2. A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night is required to secure the booking.
3. Two weeks' notice of cancellation or transfer of booking is required. With less notice, refund of deposit is subject to the room being rebooked.
